The roll grinding machine, with reference RDR-01, is a specially designed to repair rings and idle rolls in rotational process equipments. This is the right machine to grind rolling rings for the cement industry.

The machine has a bed plate, with automatic feed and pneumatic reverser, for the displacement of the grinder head.

The grinder head has a sand band of  4” wide with a cutting speed of 2800m/min.
Moreover a pneumatic copier for the detection of rings and a double oscillating follower is included.
